Governors' Committees

Full Governors

Full governors meetings are usually held once every long term.   Their role is to ensure the smooth running of the nursery schools, working closely with the leadership teams to evaluate all aspects of the running of the nurseries including policies, attendance and school improvement and development.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing the budget as well as monitoring of income and expenditure.  They work closely with the School Business Managers to ensure that money is well spent and contracts provide the best value.

Membership: Julia Cottee (Chair), Terry Hardie, Tamina Kulsoom, Edward Martin, Joanne Budge, Jean Read, Angela Harwood, Brenda Vockings.

HTPM, Pay and Personnel Committee

The HTPM and Staff Appraisal and Pay Committee monitors staff performance and human resources procedures and staff pay.  They are also responsible for the performance management and appraisal of the Executive Head teacher.
